Yes! After looking at pictures on google of rear fog lights, that is most definitely it. Now the question is why were they blinking their rear fog light at me??

It was foggy so at times I did have my fog lights on (which I assumed were just in the front, not in back). Maybe I forgot to shut them off? But I'm convinced people were beeping at me and "flashing" their rear fog light at me even when my fog lights were off. Hmmm..I guess it will just be a mystery.
