Depending which floor/side of the hotel, you connect to either "hhonors" with name and room number, or "Diplomat". IME, on floors 9, 12 and 26, "hhonors" was on the ocean side and it was horrible - extremely weak connectivity that dropped left and right. The 1-800-IT-TECH-GUY couldn't do anything to help me.
And I also want to add that despite the $15 HH Gold food vouchers saying "Fresh only" grab-n-go, someone in the restaurant said I could use them for a la carte or breakfast buffet at The Cafe, and I did my last two mornings no problem.
Is the $15 voucher just as it states and credits $15 to the buffet, or is it used "in exchange for" the buffet? How much is it and worth going to if you needed to pay extra? Thanks.
