Similarly, the guys at CPT are on low pay levels. So, for me, if they help me with luggage etc, I always tip and am happy to do so.
Yes, in CPT I also tip. On my arrival a few weeks ago, still in £ mode, I tipped R50, which is a big tip in South Africa but equates to less than £2.50. The driver told me his name and suggested I ask for him next time... (not that you can make such a request, but anyway...)
