The UK is certainly part of SEPA, don't misslead anybody. And a USD bank transfer is something totally different. DKB charged you 12,50 EUR for any amount below 12500 EUR converting at interbank rate. Receiving small amounts outside SEPA ialways has been an expensive exercise. Paypal is your friend.
The transfer is from the UK to my DKB account. But then I found the EUR 12,5 fee for receiving money from the UK. If UK is part of SEPA then there shouldn't be a fee like that
