The refurbished S7 lounge is nice for relaxing (less so for food/drinks) .There is a rest area on the second floor of the lounge,with dimmed lighting and virtually no noise and a few reclinable chairs and they are great for a short nap. I am a regular at DME,but I normally skip everything and head straight to the lounge,but everything in DME is open 24/7,unlike most EU airports.
