There have been some mid-level management changes here of late, in addition to a new GM.
Several duty managers have left which is disappointing. Meanwhile, a couple of previous duty managers have returned. The young gentleman who runs the Ambassador Lounge has also moved on (although he will be around on a very casual basis).
There have been significant improvements to the lounge. Hot canapes have returned to the evening and there are now up to three hot options for breakfast. Lounge seating has also been increased.
