I used my CSP and got hit with DCC at Mr. Pancake Plus at Hong Kong Plaza (in Shanghai). I immediately complained that their system wouldn't honor my wishes, but staff ensured me it would.

I waited for it to post like the ikea charge, and surprise surprise, I was charged the DCC amount, not the RMB amount.

I disputed the overcharge with Chase, and they immediately credited my account the difference. Good service from Chase ^
