I know that seat maps are not completely accurate, but I have a SEA-CDG flight on December 24 that is showing 29 empty seats in D1. I don't think I've ever seen such an empty cabin for an international flight less than two months away.
Can you use a GUC? Or upgrade with miles, although that requires a relatively high fare class for an empty flight.
