International D1 Cabin Paid Upgrade for a nearly empty cabin?
Has anyone who has been offered a paid upgrade to J on an international flight noticed any relation to how empty the cabin is?
I know that seat maps are not completely accurate, but I have a 767-300 SEA-CDG flight on December 24 that is showing 29 empty seats in D1. I don't think I've ever seen such an empty cabin for an international flight less than two months away.
