Sadly the spa will be closed on Christmas day, so you will not get to use that, but the lounges will be open as normal. You may find a slightly reduced service and offering across the airport, but it's pretty much business as usual on the big day. I've used LHR often enough on Xmas day - it will not be as quiet as you expect however!
