No you can't. Under Flying Blue T&C, it is actually explicitly forbidden to hold multiple accounts so you should have never opened them in the first place. Unfortunately, that is basically the end of the story. The best that you can do is pick the account where you have the lowest amount of miles and close it immediately or you risk FB forcibly closing both accounts if they find you out.
