Longview (TX) could have three full-service hotels within a 2-mile stretch along Hawkins Parkway by late next year.

The 281 Lodging Group on Monday confirmed plans to build a Courtyard Marriott on the north side of the Hawkins Parkway extension between U.S. 259 and Tryon Road.

The company's Courtyard Marriott would consist of 103 rooms, 2,500 square feet of meeting space, a board room, a bar, Starbucks and a restaurant. It would be behind the Target shopping center and within walking distance of the Regal Longview Stadium 14, restaurants and other amenities.
