I do feel this a very personal thing. However, from my own experiences, I was horrified when my MAN chauffeur told me he had been working for 12 hours and was on a zero hours contract. Similarly, the guys at CPT are on low pay levels. So, for me, if they help me with luggage etc, I always tip and am happy to do so.
