I'm so sorry for not writing clearly (English is not my main language)...
I made a prepaid reservation last week, there is an option to use SNA but i didn't do it. This week when i try to apply it again it shows "MISMATCHED_SPG_USERS_SNA"
I also have another flex booking using my SET rates made last week where SNA forms available.
