Rant: Why is On Business in Bremen so bad?
Why is there never anyone available to answer a question? Even at the best of times, its impossible to actually speak to someone directly and it can take days for them to get back to you (tough if you actually want to make a booking or something silly like that).
I rang just now and was told that the system is down, please ring back in a day or two! According to the web site, the system had problems but is now fine.
BA, can you please centralize your On Business program so we can all get the same level of service we expect from BA. Not this rubbish.
