For Chase, the issue is a little bit tricky.

It seems like Chase gets the benefit from Visa. Visa's extended warranty guide is almost identical word by word except the following exclusion:

Real estate and items which are intended to become part of real estate including, but not limited to, items that are hard-wired or hard-plumbed, garage doors, garage door openers, and ceiling fans.
I am not saying that this is Chase's omission. But I will be cautious before using CSP to buy something like that.

I have no comment as Citi's coverage has been discussed previously.
