Well I better apologise for being very pedantic, but EEA isn't EU plus Switzerland as you indicated in the revised posting. Switzerland isn't EEA at all but can use the gates, Iceland is EEA but not EU. So best to say EEA plus Switzerland. Your new 5 should be "highly recommended" for those eligible to use the e-gates. Also the remaining British Subjects (as opposed to Citizens) can use the e-gates but there's probably only about 30 people in this group left (Sir Terry Wogan is/was being one of them), whereas many British Overseas Citizens cannot. (This is giving me a headache!).
