I am dual diamond Hyatt/Hilton and have never been put on the top floor for an HP that had those room differentiation. Well there was one time and it was after what I consider to be a massive issue. I went up to my room and it was as if the housekeeper got halfway through and decided they had something else to do, left the door propped open with the sheets off, but no new sheets put on and other stuff in disarray. When I went down in a huff because that managed to make the top of the most absurd things I had seen in a room I was assigned, the clerk at the front desk apologize and acted like he was giving me an upgrade moving me to the 7th floor (the top of the RIC Hyatt Place).
