others here agree re mauna kea for beach, mauna kea also has residences like hualalai
Kage, I am not sure if they went through with it or not but Hualalai was threatening to raise the membership fees for renters to something like $200 a day per adult. I do know that one of the homeowners is currently suing the resort over the recent changes. If they went through it, I am sure they would destroy the rental market there.
