Booked by company (doesn't go through me at all). I always get credit for these stays. Have for years.
The hotel initially made a mistake, it turned out, but later bent over backwards and spent many hours trying to fix this.

You need Contact or email Hilton customer care , not perfect but they do seem to try and fix things and are more empowered than the less helpful heldesk staff
