Just be careful with the dimensions – if you're on the piece allowance, you'll be over the 150cm limit and will have to pay "an additional fee" (which is not specified).
I had no problem last year when I flew to Zurich with them and assume the same for Japan in Jan. All travel in first so they are probably less likely to care.
