I've had to check a swiss army knife in Frankfurt, but never had any problems with my leatherman tool which has a bigger blade.

My 44 magnum bullet cigar cutter keychain used to cause quite a stir until I would pull it apart to show the inside. It hasn't happed lately. Could be they are familiar with them (or my ) by now.
