So no pro-active compensation required from BA?

It is fair enough to sell the product and acknowledge that it is a lottery if you get OF or NF. Other airlines do this when phasing in new cabins. But from what I can see BA advertising only sells the NF product. To then not provide that is false advertising in my book.

To withdraw OF earlier in the year and only sell it as CW on these aircraft, then, without informing passengers, reinstute the same old cabins as First beggars beleif. They clearly indicated that ALL First would be NF from 14th october 2015, from which date they started selling First tickets on the affected routes I believe.

I see all three aircraft were flying yesterday, to Las Vegas, Accra and Delhi.
