Lucky you. As an employee, you must get paid by direct deposit. Much to my dismay, not all corporations (or my clients) can or will pay suppliers that way. So ya, some of us still get cheques as a form of payment. I'd prefer it differently, but I don't get to tell others how to pay me.

I'm pretty sure most of us would rather not have to see or use cheques ever again.

And really, without knowing why skybluesea mentioned a cheque as an example, you could have found a different way to ask the question.
