Did a round the world trip and when I returned home had two Air Canada Altitude messages - one to pick my 35K Select Privileges and one to pick my 50K Select Privileges. When I log on to AC site, can only pick the 50K, so what happens the 35k ecerts/passes etc? Ive tried AC who after 45 min referred me to Aeroplan and after 30 min there they sent me back to AC. After another 30 min with AC, and me expressing my frustration with the bounce back and that everyone is telling me they are "guessing" they are "gone as i didn't select them in time," the AC call center hung up on me! In fact the 35k email says pick your privileges by Nov 4, so still in the window but cant seem to get a straight answer from anyone. So - anyone know if i can still pick/receive my 35K privileges?
PS i filled in the long form to send an email to AC Customer care but it then says look for a reply in 15 days. Very crappy that neither AC nor Aeroplan can provide answers on Altitude, and there is no specific 1800# or email to reach them. Think they should rename the program to Attitude! thx in advance.
