Nothing Like an INOP Tray Table on a Meal Flight
This is what my seatmate on an A-319 from MSP-JFK found yesterday:



The F/A seemed unaware of it and I imagine the gate agent did too as he was upgraded into that seat. Thankfully, we left with one empty and he was able to move but frankly, these Airbus mods cannot come fast enough.
