Issues with Gift Card Mall/Staples

Three days ago I purchased a $200 Southwest gift card from Staples. Only purchase from Staples or through Gift Card Mall in the four/five weeks. Sales went through - email form Staples, shows up on my credit card online account.

GMC sends me an email - "click here to see your gift card," or something like that. I click and get an error VS_400. I called GCM and they're working on it.

I had a similar problem with a Visa gift card about six weeks ago, which they cleared up in a few days.

It's time consuming and annoying. Anyone else with similar experiences?
