IMO, KE in business beats all others, especially if you can get to ICN on an A380, but coach is a different story. The last couple of times I did KE in coach, it wasn't pleasant. There was too much loud activity in the cabin, the entertainment is not as good as DL and the cabin is too warm. Oh, and they ran out of rice during dinner! If you qualify for C+ seats for free, I think DL is your better choice to Asia.
With that said, JFK-SIN is on sale for $700.80 right now. I've booked a seat at that fare for a Dec trip. Do you really want to spend points on a ticket you can buy so cheaply right now?
I disagree. I did JFK-ICN in business class on the KE380 and I would never pick it over the DL wide bodies. It was 2-2-2 seating and not genuine flat beds; in the most flat position possible, there was still a slight angle, perhaps 3-5 degrees.
Also, I was not impressed by the service, despite having lots of FAs for the empty upper deck.
