Most of the bus ride is through high-rise residential areas on a highway. You'll see some hills along the way, and will cross two bridges, but don't think I'd consider it a scenic ride overall. Maybe more so when you're doing the last 15 minutes. I took it back to the airport this week and it works fine (and the bus has luggage racks on the lower deck).
