Hi
Got rejected by the Oneworld lounge at LAX on my AA business class ticket to LHR, because the flight departed from T4 not the Int terminal (i had a 6 hour layover). Girl said i need to be sapphire to gain access and that my ticket only worked in the crummy Admirals club lounge.
Is that right?
Annoyingly ill be silver/sapphire after this flight!
