This is exactly the point I was trying to make above. The line added to the room service bill for an extra tip above the 18% gratuity and the $2.00 delivery charge is not only confusing for some, it's intimidating! You say yourself it makes you feel like a jerk for not adding a few bucks - that's intimidation. Stand your ground!
