So the other day, I left my phone onboard the CX plane and only realised it after deplaning at ICN (as an aside really silly with the new seats having the main document pocket at the top of the seat infront whilst having a separate mobile phone pouch at the bottom of the seat)
reached my hotel close to midnight and immediately sent an email to
[email protected] who on-forwarded the message to
[email protected]. Given timing, ICN seemed to be closed but received an email back the next morning saying they found my phone and would have it ready for me at the gate on my next departure...
really impressed at the CX efficiency, and was most relieved the phone did not disappear into the ether... ^^
