Which SAT airport hotel? NONE of 'em!! Seriously, the doubletree isn't bad at all. I've stayed there throughout many a hurricane scare (I'm in CRP)and it's decent. The cookies can't be beat either. The fairfield in is decent for a fairfield. Nothing special, no frills, but clean, and that's all one can expect.

Personally, I'd stay at the riverwalk and drive the 10 minutes from SAT to downtown. There's a beautiful new Westin that opened not too long ago. Hell, why not have the presentation at the hotel?? Then take everyone out for margaritas afterwards.
