It's up to the airline. A blanket restriction at check-in on those data would make it impossible to buy tickets after check in opens from a travel agent. It would also make it impossible for a travel agent to change an existing reservation to put you on the flight in question.
QF435 is at "final call" at a gate just beneath me at the moment. Its availability has changed to "request information directly from the airline" for every class (JR CR DR IR YR BR HR KR MR LR VR SR NR QR OR XR ER)
QF534 is at "go to gate" (and in fact the check in for this flight is about to close). The availability remains "J0 C0 D0 I0 Y9 B9 H9 K9 M9 L9 V9 S9 N2 QC O9 X9 E9". I'll watch it in real time to see when QF pull the data from the system
