I agree with many of the recent posts in this thread regarding how awesome this property is. Finished up a stay last week and found really nothing to complain about but a ton to love.

Sadly, I wasn't upgraded to a suite (perhaps that should be my complaint, ha) but was given a Tokyo Tower view which was fantastic. The service is what puts this hotel in elite status. The staff was great in all aspects. If you have upcoming travel to Tokyo, just stay here.
