I am in charge of planning a large family holiday in the Caribbean (11 adults, no kids; we will be renting a large house). I have narrowed it down to Anguilla and St. John. I've been to Anguilla, but not St. John. Would be interested in any information on dining, activities, general island ambience, beaches, friendliness of locals, safety and crime. Almost everyone in the group has never been to the Caribbean, so I'm trying to make this a memorable experience.
