I got upgraded to a fabulous suite for four nights. Don't know what the suite is called, but it has 1.5 bathrooms, and the bedroom has a 270 degree curtain wall of glass overlooking inland, from the Skytree all the way to Shinjuku (Mt. Fuji) and Roppongi.

Love the sizeable bottles of the Argan schmaltz, probably as much as Aesop. Of course June Jacobs (especially the big bottles at the GHT suites) is the best! (Not). Got a lovely welcome gift of half dozen mini-eclairs and a bottle of wine.

Here's the catch: I'm staying mostly on points. I don't recall any Hyatt (much less one in Japan) doing that for me, and if it did, certainly not for four nights.
I suspect it matters that you've stayed here at least several times previously.
