Here in Asia, it is not uncommon for the seatbelt sign to go off at about the same time the gear comes up. At that point the nose of the AC is pitched up by about 15-20 degrees or so. Please remember that gravity knows nothing about the orientation of the airplane, and thus it still acts straight down towards the center of the earth as always. Now, do I have to complete the triangle, or do we all get the picture
