I stayed at this hotel last night and was very pleasantly surprised. I got a welcoming email from the guest services manager the day before my arrival, asking me to respond and let them know if there was anything they could do to make my stay more enjoyable. I thought that was a very nice touch! The only thing I mentioned was that I love having a robe; I don't know if this hotel has them for everyone in all rooms, but there was one hanging in my closet when I arrived.
My room was very nice...overlooking the runway with a patio. I didn't hear a plane the entire stay. The bed was very firm and comfortable. I internet (I used the wired option) was probably the best I've had in a hotel. I ordered dinner from room service and it was great...the crawfish chowder is to die for! I did not eat breakfast there, but rolled out of bed and took the elevator down steps from the security line.
I echo a prior post about the hotel being hard to find. The signage in the airport is terrible. The truth is, it's right under your nose...if you seen an elevator in the middle of the terminal that looks like a Hyatt glass elevator...that's what it is! But you wouldn't know from looking at the signs in the airport.
I don't understand the post about the place needing a refurbishment, unless perhaps they've done some but not all the rooms. My room was very up to date.
I would definitely make it a point to stay here again.
