abbymtl notes, there are YYZ flights at least once a week. It's actually reasonably active.
And you'd have a lot less competition as I doubt that there are many YYZ-based members.

Great suggestion about the sales pulling an empty leg history. You also have BUF and I've seen the occasional YAM and YKF legs.

The app is really addictive. And 2-3 times a year, they offer a few first come, first served free legs to non-members as a promotion.
