I have to rebook an emirates flight (economy) to in about a week from now and probably the good seats are already gone.

I heard that most airlines open up extra seats 24h before the flight. Anyone has experience with this? Or should I just keep logging back in to see if better seats become available each day?

What do you guys recommend?
