I've had mixed experiences with the skillet selections at HP breakfast. Some are good, especially if they're fresh, meaning that you're standing there when the skillet is replenished. However, I've also seen disgusting *purple* waffles as well as waffles and pancakes that are hard and dry, at least around the edges, because they've been kept warm too long. The breakfast sandwiches can be decent or not, but at least some of the combinations are interesting (spinach, mushrooms, in addition to tomato, cheese, bacon, etc.).
