I would agree that HP breakfast has tremendous opportunity to improve -- particularly the coffee.

The only thing I get there is the cottage cheese and the apple juice. The fruits sometimes... the rest is just not worth it. The fruits can be pretty bad too.

That being said, the cottage cheese and apple juice are enough to keep me happy relative to the other non-FS brands... so maybe Hyatt is onto something.
