Debit card update

After some suggestions to contact Twitter team, I was successfull to get in touch with a new account services agent. Most of the mistake was mine and Citi made few mistake too.
When I called the 1800# rather choosing option 1, I did 3(it sounded more logical). That's customer service and they have very limited authority to work on Gold accounts. Today agent asked me to call again and choose option one.
I called and agent reviewed my account after taking my info. Without me saying anything, she said that there's an issue with my debit card. She explained me that customer service people don't know how to handle gold account and someone has ordered a wrong card for me. She cancelled the card and asked me not to activate it. Also overnight a new debit card.
Than she asked me if I would like to fund my account today. I was happy to give my Citi preferred info. I will update tom if funds go through. It was really nice talking to an agent who knew everything from the word go.
I was really mad but after the phone call, I was happy to be a part of Citi family. They take good care of their customers.
