Iirc, the
oneworld Business lounge is
operated by Qantas; the First lounge is a Qantas First lounge.
Given this e-mail is openly circulated and shared, the privacy point may have been lost when they chose to go that route. Nonetheless, it has been edited to comply with FT Rules.
