Alghough unlike the older roaming plans, your maximum damages is 40 cents per minute for voicemail calls, if they are still charging for VM calls while roaming - which so far no one has spoken up to confirm.

FWIW, this is before t-mobile has the global data plan. The bill is specifically for voice roaming, even though I didn't accept or make any calls, and it was not for $.50 either. Thus, I'm wary of the voice roaming while taking advantage of this global data.
