dSilver has no lounge benefits as far as I know. The Aeroplan tiers (silver, black, and diamond) are not frequent flyer statuses. They are purchasing rewards that earn miles that can be redeemed for flying (or toasters).

The International lounge requires E50K or higher on Altitude, or *Gold on other Star Alliance airlines.

Or flying Business class.

You can also access if you purchase Maple Leaf Club membership. Pretty expensive for a single use.

Try the Priority Club lounge. If you have Amex, you can take a guest or two.
