My biggest guess is that the owner of Coyote/Greyhound don't know how to operate the machine in regards to DCC... They should input the currency selection, then you can have the second slip. If they don't know how to do that, you are stuck in DCC unfortunately.

Not all Tsui Wah locations have full charge. Cannon Street has a full terminal. Mongkok argyle street has contactless only. Central takes no card (but it's renovating so they may put one in when it reopens).
The one I went to is near InterContinental Stanford. It surprised me as well when I saw they accept Visa/MC.
