Thank you all. I didn't have any joy getting through to BA so I joined up to check my trip and can see the itinerary there. It's also on classic check my trip (am guessing the only difference between these is the lack of a log on for classic?)

There is no eticket number on yet however I'm suitably reassured I'm just in queue so I'll stop fretting and deal with it nearer the time if it's still an issue.
