When I was a young broke newlywed, Ramen noodles stir fried with a pkg of frozen veggies, black bean garlic sauce, and a bit of pork chop or cheap steak was a staple.

I've also put crushed up dry noodles into Cole slaw.

But now, I like to add sautéed mushrooms, green onion, salad greens and a big squeeze of lemon.
